In the summer of 2008, Birgitta decided to open a wonderful little motel in a picturesque town in Northern Sweden. She had one problem; although she was fairly computer literate she couldn’t find one single accommodation reservation system that was easy enough to use at a price that would fit her pocket.
Birgitta’s son John, who is a programmer, immediately saw that there was a market for a booking solution for people in her situation; small hotel, B&B and hostel owners that needed a cleverly designed, uncomplicated reservation system at a price that wouldn’t break the bank.
Creating powerful, yet easy-to-use, hotel reservation software
John set out to create a accommodation reservation system that would be a highly functional and powerful tool for accommodation owners and to do this he listened to the requests and the feedback of a range of B&B and hoteliers, designing the system around their needs.
Four years later his vision remains unchanged. Sirvoy’s team has expanded and now boasts a worldwide client base with a reservation system that has been translated into almost a dozen different languages.
Today we have users in Sweden, Norway, UK, Ireland, USA, South Africa, Thailand and Brazil among others.
